Nano4814 is a street activist and city wanderer hailing from the northwestern coast of Spain (although recently based in Madrid). Always trying to stay busy, he was adopted by a crew of nomad skateboarders who showed him the marvels of the world. Inspired by Music, Dr Slump, early Slap magazine, The Warriors and all types of urban debauchery (among many other things) he adopted spray paint as a way to express himself in the early nineties and became a xylene addict.

The character of the squid developed as his alter ego in the streets, representing his persona and the medium he uses, even though 4814 doesn´t´limit himself to the use of spray paint enamel, indiscriminately picking anything that leaves an indelible stain. He is currently afiliated with the Scrawl Collective and the allmighty Special Children Anticrew!
